Type of Energy
Most of the time, your choice of fuel depends on what kind of fuel line you have in your house or building. However, if you have access to gas, you can choose between a traditional gas range and a dual-fuel range. In a traditional gas range, both the cooktop and the oven are powered by gas. A dual-fuel range, on the other hand, uses gas to power the cooktop and electricity to power the oven, but it needs a higher-voltage power source. If you can install a dual-fuel range, you will get the best of both worlds: a fast, powerful cooktop and an oven that bakes food evenly.
Size
There are different sizes ranges to choose from. Most ranges are between 30 and 60 inches wide. The more space there is on the range, the more burners you can add. Most home ovens have a capacity of between 4.5 and 6.6 cubic feet. Large-capacity ovens are those that are bigger than 6 cubic feet and are great for cooking a lot of food at once.
Burners
